Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. If the abstract is accepted, the author agrees to send a full-text paper, including results, tables, figures, and references. All submissions should report original and previously unpublished research results, no matter the type of research paper you are presenting. Full-text papers (.docx and .doc) will be accepted by Electronic Submission Form. Manuscripts should meet the format set by the Conference committee and are subject to review.

Dr. Ayman Massouti is an Assistant Professor of Education Studies at the department of Education and the Program Coordinator for the Master of Education in Educational Leadership program. He teaches courses in both the Master of Education in Educational Leadership and the Post-Graduate Diploma in Teaching program.
He possesses skills in qualitative research administration and management, public speaking, student engagement, and inclusive teaching.
Dr. Jan Green
Associate Researcher, School of Business, University of Gibraltar
Topic: Enhancing the trajectory of student dissertations: a single case design
Dr Jan Green is currently an Associate Researcher within the School of Business at the University of Gibraltar. Her main role for the University is research supervision for post-graduate MBA and MA Leadership students when undertaking capstone projects. Additionally, she was module leader for Strategic Decision Making, Leadership & Change Management and International Business. In previous roles she has won Lecturer of the Year awards linked to her teaching and supervisory practice expertise which is endorsed by students and their subsequent success. She is passionate about executive education.
