Dr. Bilal Younis is an Associate Professor at Palestine Technical University Kadoorie-Arroub and serves as the Youth Programs Manager at the Yatta Association for Higher Education. He holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technology from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, USA, an M.Sc. in Science Education from Al-Quds University, and a B.Sc. in Physics from Jordan University. His academic and professional interests focus on educational technology, artificial intelligence in education, instructional design, digital literacy, and teacher training. Dr. Younis has been recognized with several prestigious awards and fellowships, including the Harvard MEPLI Fellowship (2018), the Palestinian Quebecer Science Bridge (2023), and numerous research and faculty grants from organizations such as AMIDEAST, USAID, and GIZ. He was also a recipient of the PFDP Scholarship from 2008 to 2012.
