Session Formats
NTTECONF offers three structured presentation formats, allowing each researcher to choose the approach that best fits their communication style and schedule. These modes include Live, Poster, and Virtual presentations, each designed to support clear academic exchange.
The live format provides direct engagement in a face-to-face setting. Presenters interact with attendees in real time, respond to questions immediately, and observe audience reactions. This option is suitable for researchers who value dynamic discussion and an interactive environment. It supports meaningful dialogue and creates a focused space for academic exchange.
The poster format highlights visual explanation and independent exploration. Participants review the research at their own pace, while the presenter remains available to clarify points, guide discussion, and explain key findings. This mode is ideal for those who prefer one-on-one interaction and a more informal setting that encourages thoughtful conversation and networking.
The virtual format offers flexibility while maintaining academic standards. Presenters join from any location and share their work through a structured digital platform. Real-time moderated discussions allow for active participation and question handling. This option ensures accessibility for a global audience and supports efficient scholarly communication without travel requirements.

Listener Participation
It’s quite simple. You can join the conference even without a paper; You can join as a Listener. You can attend sessions, workshops, and discussions without presenting, ideal for professionals staying current and networking internationally.
AERA Open is a peer-reviewed, open access journal published by the American Educational Research Association (AERA). AERA Open aims to advance knowledge related to education and learning through rigorous empirical and theoretical study, conducted in a wide range of academic disciplines. AERA Open publishes studies of education and learning in various contexts, such as early childhood, after-school, primary and secondary, and post-secondary education.

The recommended word count for submissions is approximately 7000-8000. A manuscript should be no more than 10.000 words; this limit includes figures, references, and tables. All tables and figures should be inserted into the text. Significant feature articles may be somewhat longer than 10,000 words at the discretion of the editors. The abstract should be less than 250 words. It is not allowed to use abbreviation in the title. The proofreading of the paper should be done before the submission professionally. The proofreading certificate may be requested by the journal editor.
Authors should be aware that they are addressing an international audience. Articles should present original work and, where appropriate, should acknowledge any significant contribution of others. Manuscripts submitted to EU-JER for review should not have been accepted for publication elsewhere. As an author, you are required to secure permission if you want to reproduce any figure, table, or extract from the text of another source. This applies to direct reproduction as well as “derivative reproduction” (where you have created a new figure or table which derives substantially from a copyrighted source).
The corresponding author should always be willing to participate in the peer review process and obliged to provide retractions or corrections of mistakes. A list of references should be included in the submitted paper. Grant/financial support should be stated in the paper if available. All authors are expected to contribute significantly to the research.
Page style: Articles should be typed in 12-point font on A4 page, paginated and double-spaced. Margins should be set as top & bottom: 2,5 cm and left & right 2,5 cm. The title should be followed by an abstract of 150 to 250 words and 3 to 5 keywords. Footnotes should be avoided and endnotes kept to a minimum. All pages should be numbered.
References: Paper format including references should follow American Psychological Association (APA) (7th Edition) style. Please see our citation guide(https://www.eu-jer.com/citation-guide). If a source is in another language, write the original title then add its English translation in square brackets.as the below example:
Veziroglu, M., & Gonen, M. (2012). Paper template:Author(s) must use this template for their paper(s). As you can see at the template, the manuscripts should include following parts:A full title, a short title to be used as a running head, authors’ names, authors’ affiliated institution name(s), authors’ email addresses, authors’ ORCID numbers, authorship contribution statement, abstract, key words, introduction, literature review, methodology, findings/ results (separately),discussion (separately), conclusion (separately), recommendations (separately), limitations (separately), and references(Click the icon to download and see the template).
Tables and captions to illustrations:Tables must be typed out on the same document. Tables and figures should be numbered. The approximate position of tables and figures should be indicated in the paper. Captions should include keys to symbols.
Figures:All diagrams and photographs are termed “Figures” and should be numbered consecutively. Figures should be given short descriptive captions.
