Selim Mehmeti has completed a Master’s degree and is currently a PhD candidate in Educational Management. His career began as a high school teacher and later expanded to roles as a researcher, leadership trainer, and education official at the Ministry of Education in Kosovo. His research focuses on educational policy, teacher professional development, curriculum implementation, and assessment in education. He has published numerous professional and academic articles, contributing research and analysis on key issues of general importance to the field of education.
