Prof. Dr. María González Alriols is a Chemical Engineer (2003, Complutense University of Madrid) and holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering (2010, University of the Basque Country, UPV/EHU). She is an Associate Professor at UPV/EHU, where she teaches in chemical, energy, and renewable materials engineering programs. María’s teaching focuses on imparting knowledge in chemical engineering, energy efficiency, and renewable materials. She has supervised over 40 Final Bachelor’s and 5 Master’s Degree Projects, and 3 doctoral theses, with excellent results. María actively participates in public outreach to promote science and technology, inspiring the next generation of
engineers and researchers. She also collaborates internationally, enhancing her students’ learning experiences.
